It was in the autumn of 1974 when the first visitors came to the new houses in the district of Sant Sebastià de Roda de Ter, popularly known as the "Serrat de la Font d'en Coix". These houses have been promoted by the Board of "La Cooperativa" of Roda de Ter, a Board that previously had participated in the organization and construction of some houses also named "La Cooperativa", at the top of the population in the early 60's, in a named land of "Cal Basses" together with others that were known as the "Màquina de batre".
